How I work

How I work

Two ways into the work. Both run on the same framework: stance, bets, execution, guardrails.

Advisor seat

A sharp second seat for a senior leader through the next 12 months. Monthly or fortnightly cadence. Stance-facing. Hands-on with real work.

I bring real signal from the student builders coming through and the institutions credentialing them.

Who is this for? A senior leader who is making decisions on AI through the next 12 months and wanting someone in the rhythm with them.

Stance day

A framework-led day or two with one leadership team. Six to twelve people, closed room. We move through stance, bets, execution, guardrails. Your team walks away with the rhythm to hold them.

Who is this for? A leadership team that needs to set position together before scaling tools across the business. Closed-room, single organisation.

What this is not

Not AI tools training. Not digital transformation programmes. Not board-director seats dressed as advisory. Not AI-hype keynotes. If AI doesn't change how the work actually happens, it's not worth doing.

How it starts

Every engagement starts with a conversation. Sometimes that's enough. Sometimes it points to a Stance Day. Sometimes it grows into an advisor seat.
