All my work is designing the room. In a world reshaped by AI, leaders get sharper through difference of thought, by learning from each other, not just from the front.
Stance day
A framework-led day or two with a group of leaders. Six to twelve people, closed room. We move through stance, bets, execution, guardrails. Your team walks away with the rhythm to hold them.
Who is this for? A leadership team that needs to set position together. Before anything else. Closed-room, single organisation.
AI Showcase
A convening brought inside one business. Guest speakers from my network, under Chatham House rules.
Discussion across the room, difference of thought is the point, people learning from each other, not just from the front. Some teaching. And real work: the team leaves with a stance and an initiative plan, not notes.
